Pilates Sculpt combines Pilates movements with strength training to tone and sculpt the body, focusing on muscle endurance, core stability, and flexibility. It uses controlled, low-impact exercises often with props to enhance intensity
Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout done in a heated room. It combines Pilates movements with cardiovascular exercise to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and burn calories. May include weights / props
HIIT Pilates blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with Pilates movements to boost strength, endurance, and calorie burn. It combines quick, explosive exercises with controlled Pilates sequences for a full-body workout.
