1. Introduction Welcome to The Pilates Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. 

2. Services Offered We offer Pilates classes, personal training, workshops, and related services ("Services"). The availability of these services may vary, and we reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion. 

3. Registration and Account Creation To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 4. Scheduling and Cancellations Class Reservations: All clients must book their classes through our online scheduling system or app. Reservations are subject to availability.   Cancellations: Clients may cancel their bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made after the 12 hour cancellation period may incur a cancellation fee or be considered a "no-show."   No-shows: A "no-show" for any class may result in the loss of payment for that session.   

5. Pricing and Payment All fees for Services are outlined on our website or in our pricing materials. Payments are due at the time of booking, and clients agree to pay the fees associated with their selected Services. We accept payments via online payment methods

 6. Health and Safety Assumption of Risk: By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that Pilates and physical activity may involve a risk of injury. You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of our Services.   Medical Disclaimer: You should consult your doctor before starting any fitness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. You agree to notify us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in Pilates activities.   

7. Behavior and Conduct You agree to behave in a respectful and considerate manner toward other clients and our staff at all times.   We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate the account of any client who engages in inappropriate behavior or violates these Terms.  

 8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, text, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of The Pilates Studio and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent. 

9. Privacy and Data Collection We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, is available on our website. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. 

10.
